Q:  Why is it Important to know Jesus?

A:  Who Jesus is, is why it is important to know him.  The claims that are made about Jesus in the Bible make it vital for every person to investigate who Jesus is.  The Bible teaches that Jesus is the only way to God (John 14:6; Acts 4:12).  Therefore if you do not know Jesus you cannot know God.  In fact the gospel of John teaches that Jesus himself is God and without him humanity cannot obtain eternal life (John 1:1-4; 14:10; 20:28, 31).
